The newest Bruce Willis-headlined action flick A Day to Die was released this month, and we had the opportunity to speak with star Mohamed Karim about his experience with the movie and more!

The title of Bruce Willis's (Unbreakable, Glass) latest film, A Day to Die, may seem as though it's connected to the Die Hard films, but is an entirely different movie altogether. Much of the action scenes are focused on many of the other characters with the film exploring the backstories of the crew.

Handling the brunt of the action are Marvel Cinematic Universe Crossbones actor Frank Grillo and Entourage star Kevin Dillon.

When it comes to the firearm scenes, Bruce Willis is very active alongside Egyptian actor Mohamed Karim (The Voice). With many of their scenes taking place together, we wanted to know what Willis was like on set, and so when we had the opportunity to speak with Karim, that's one of the first things we asked him.

The synopsis for A Day to Die is as follows: After killing a drug syndicate member while protecting a parolee, Connor Connolly has one day to pay two million dollars in reparations he doesn't have to Tyrone Pettis. He is forced to ask his old military ops crew, led by Brice Mason, to come together and somehow get two million dollars before Connor loses everyone he loves.

As you can tell, the two actors have a great bond and enjoyed working on the movie together based on the photo above alone. We also learned a lot about how Karim went from the Middle Eastern The Voice host to an action star working alongside household names.

Do you think you'll be checking out A Day to Die, or does this seem like a Bruce Willis movie you may skip? Regardless, be sure to check out our full video with Mohamed Karim below, and make sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments!

Being of Middle Eastern descent myself I was overly excited to speak with Mohamed Karim who is not only an action star but also had hosted the Middle Eastern version of The Voice. Now Mohamed has followed his dream and is acting alongside and opposite household talents.

The bulk of our chat focuses on his latest movie A Day to Die which also stars Bruce Willis, Frank Grillo, and a number of other actors, bringing the completion of this goal as the next grind in his goal. Mohamed also spoke with me about his flick that he's working on that is focused on himself and Egypt and a number of aspects on that level. I really think you guys will enjoy this one so make sure to give it a video a look!

A Day to Die launched on March 4th and is now available on Digital.
